Conférence de l'information brevets 2007

Riga, Latvia, 16-18 October 2007

For patent searchers and information specialists the EPO Patent Information Conference 2007 in Riga was a must. Since its inception in 1991, this annual event has become a major feature of the patent information calendar. The 2007 conference was organised in co-operation with the Latvian Patent Office.

In addition to the programme, which addressed hot issues of the year, there were detailed technical discussions in small groups, specialised training courses and Europe's leading patent information exhibition.

The EPO Patent Information Conference was again an unrivalled opportunity within Europe to meet all the major players in patent information's commercial sector and the staff of various patent offices.

Following the conference, an action list (PDF, 108 KB) for the EPO was published. A status report on the action list created after the 2006 conference in Cyprus is also available.  (PDF, 293 KB)

At the invitation of the Swedish Patent Office, the EPO Patent Information Conference 2008 will take place in Stockholm, from 28-30 October 2008.
