Booking your exhibition stand for the EPO Patent Information Conference
The EPO Patent Information Conference 2008
is a unique networking opportunity for users and providers in the patent field. Book your stand now using the online
registration form.
Deadline for booking stands: 19 September 2008. The prices for the stand
units are as follows:
For a 4 m2 stand: EUR 1 400
For a 6 m2 stand: EUR 2 100

Exhibitors' presentations
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to
give a short product presentation in the main conference room. The
following time slots have been reserved for these presentations:
Tuesday, 28 October
13.30 - 15.00 hrs
Wednesday, 29 October 2008
09.00 - 10.00 hrs
A detailed programme will be available about one month before the conference.
Exhibitors' seminars
Following the positive feedback in the past, we are continuing this year with the idea of giving exhibitors the possibility to reserve a break-out room within the conference venue.
The room we have chosen is suitable for training courses, customer meetings and in-depth presentations. It will be equipped with screen, beamer, workstation and internet connection, and has a capacity of approximately 80 (theatre style). The charge of the room will be EUR 120 per hour (min. 30 minutes).

Our sponsorship opportunities will help to highlight your presence at the conference and drive all delegates directly to your booth. Simply complete the order form available in the exhibition manual which will be sent to you after your stand booking has been confirmed.
