Hotel contact details

The EPO has negotiated special hotel rates for EPO Patent Information Conference delegates, for several hotels in the neighbourhood. To take advantage of these rates, please book your accommodation for the conference through the online registration form . Your chosen hotel will confirm your registration and handle your booking with you directly.

Unlike previous years, there is no deadline for room reservation. However we recommend that you book early to avoid disappointment. Please find a list of recommended hotels and room prices below. Once a hotel becomes fully booked, we will remove it from the list.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The hotels in the table below are the only remaining hotels with rooms available. The links in the table are for information only. To book your hotel room under the EPO-negotiated conditions, please use the online registration form (if you have already registered for the Patent Information Conference, but have not yet booked your hotel room, you will need the registration number and password sent to you by e-mail). 

Airport transfers

Airport taxi can be booked at the same time as the air ticket. It can also be purchased at the "Flygtaxi"(airport taxi) counters in terminals 2, 4 and 5. Airport taxis have fixed rates to most addresses in Sweden and can be shared with other travellers to reduce cost. Telephone: +46 8 593 788 70.
There are fixed rates for transfers to and from Stockholm Arlanda Airport in the price range from SEK 395 to SEK 500 (EUR 36-53). Journey time to the centre of the city is about 40/45 minutes.

I still have not received confirmation of my hotel reservation. How do I get it?
Please contact the hotel directly and request confirmation of your reservation by using the reservation code "EPO Conference". Please see the table below for a list of contact details for the hotels with whom the EPO has negotiated special rates for the EPO Patent Information Conference 2008.
 
I have forgotten the name of the hotel. How do I find my original reservation?
Please go to the online registration form. If you have already registered for the EPO Patent Information Conference 2008, you will have received a registration number and password by e-mail. Use this number and password now to re-enter the site and your original booking data (hotel, room, room rate and reservation period) will be displayed.
 
I wish to change my hotel reservation. How can I do this?
Please contact the hotel directly. You find a list of contact details for the hotels the EPO have negotiated special rates for below.
