Job openings for IT specialists

We are looking for enthusiastic IT specialists to join various directorates at the EPO, Europe's second-largest international organisation.

There are two main steps in the process:

  • Step 1: Applying
    Fill out the online application form. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your application.
  • Step 2: Interview
    If shortlisted, you will be invited to come to The Hague or Munich for interview. You will also be asked to complete an online personality questionnaire beforehand.

You will have one (or more) face-to-face interview swith us, to enable us to evaluate your professional expertise and language skills and also to give you an opportunity to find out more about the EPO and about working in its IT department.

Each vacancy notice indicates the closing date for applications.

Who can apply?

IT specialists with a diploma of completed university studies at Master's level and sufficient language skills. For more details, see the "candidate profile" section in each vacancy notice.

Indicative salary and benefits

The EPO offers competitive salaries, an excellent social package, and varied work in a modern international environment. Net salaries for the above vacancies range from EUR 4 500 to 6 500 per month, depending on experience. The EPO also operates contributory medical-insurance and pension schemes. In addition, depending on their personal circumstances, EPO staff may be entitled to relocation benefits and various allowances.
