If several bidders submit a joint bid, one must be designated as prime contractor responsible for performance of all obligations under the contract.

We plan to give bidders an opportunity to view the premises on 11/12 April 2012 (on prior arrangement of an appointment). Viewing will take no more than 3 hours. Requests for an appointment must be sent by post, fax or e-mail to the address specified in point 6(a) by 5 April 2012, 12.00 hrs noon. Requests must quote the number of this invitation to tender and the full name of the person(s) who will attend on the firm's behalf.
You will be informed of the precise time of the viewing by 5 April 2012.
We recommend that you register for the viewing at the same as you request the Procurement Documents.
The contract is expected to be awarded in May 2012.
