The Contractor's premises
36 months. The contract shall be for a maximum of 14 surveys plus additional work (upon commissioning) to be commissioned over thirty month period, starting in November 2012 (start of fieldwork).

Each bidder (natural or legal person) may present one bid only, either independently or in association with others. If several bidders submit a joint bid, one must be designated as prime contractor responsible for performance of all obligations under the contract.
Client and bank information as per the questionnaire attached as Annex 1 (Questionaire) Appendix 1 to the General Conditions of Tender.
Six months as from the final date for submitting bids as per point 6(d) above.
Only bids containing the evidence referred to in point 8 will be allowed.
The contract shall be awarded to the Bidder whose bid is to be preferred having regard to the Bidder's ability to meet EPO's needs and requirements, to be measured amongst other things by answers given to the specific questions asked to the Bidders, the Bidder's organisational ability, experience with projects of a similar nature and economic advantage. Due account will be taken on compliance with the provisions of the Procurement documents.
Contract award is expected to take place begin of October 2012. The field work (interviews) for the first survey is expected to start begin of November 2012.
Short-listed bidders may be asked to present their bids at the EPO's premises in Munich. Please understand that the EPO will not reimburse any travel or other costs related to such presentation.
