Installation works and supply of new electrical infrastructure for emergency power generator sets, as described below in respect of Lot 1 and Lot 2.
Bidders may bid for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. The EPO shall award in its entire discretion only one of the Lots (either Lot 1 or Lot 2).
Lot 1: Supply and installation of new infrastructure via cast resin insulated busbar system
Lot 2: Supply and installation of new infrastructure via YMvK-as/mb cables
Upon request of the EPO, a bank guarantee equal to 5% (five percent) of the contractual amount shall be issued. The bank guarantee shall expire at the end of the liability period.
Payments shall be made in instalments, after works have been completed and accepted.
Bidders shall be knowledgeable with regard to the relevant Dutch regulations and safety procedures, including guidelines for building and electrical materials issued by Vereniging van certificatie-instellingen in de bouw in Nederland ("VECIBIN")

The works shall commence immediately following signature of the Agreement by both parties and all the Works shall be completed and accepted within 18 (eighteen) weeks following signature of the Agreement.
Proposals for variants, the effect of which would be to reduce significantly the rights and safeguards of the EPO, are not allowed.
