The European Patent Organisation is an intergovernmental organisation set up pursuant to the European Patent Convention which entered into force in 1977. Purchase and delivery of up to 1000 "Part-time home working" office desks.
Purchase: within 30 days of acceptance of the equipment.
The equipment shall be delivered within 6 weeks of contract signature.
Duration of contract is 4 years (2012 to 2015).

The Procurement Documents will be available in English only.
If several bidders submit a joint bid, one must be designated as prime contractor responsible for performance of all the obligations under the contract.

Six months following the final date for receipt of bids indicated in point 6(d).
The EPO is free to choose the bid it considers most advantageous.

Contract award is expected to take place in the third Quarter of 2012.
The EPO may as part of its evaluation of the bids request bidders to supply free of all costs and charges to the EPO samples of their furniture.
