The European Patent Organisation is an intergovernmental organisation set up pursuant to the European Patent Convention which entered into force in 1977. Purchase: within 30 (thirty) days of acceptance of the equipment.

Duration of contract or time limit for delivery or completion of services/work:
2 (two)years following the signature of the Contract by both parties with the EPO's exclusive option to extend the contract by 3 (three) further individual periods of 12 (twelve) months each.

Proposals for variants, the effect of which would be to reduce significantly the rights and safeguards of the EPO, are not allowed.
