The Contractor shall be required to provide the Service Desk staff, the supervision, the management skills and the resources to ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with the provided Technical Conditions.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder whose bid is to be preferred having regard to its ability to meeting best the EPO's needs and requirements. The ability will be measured, in a first instance through the answers provided to the questions asked to the bidders, and in a second instance through the price offer.
