Sample applications
The ZIP archives below contain sample applications (also in ZIP format) for the following procedures:
Each sample application contains:
- a completed form for the application concerned
- any additional documentation that is generated but is not part of the actual application form (e. g. internal fee sheet, designation of inventor)
- attachments to be sent with the sample application
- a screenshot of the Online Filing user interface
There are several sample applications for each procedure.
To save time entering the address data given in the sample applications, you can use the address file provided.
