Using local public transport
From the main station "Hauptbahnhof", take any S-Bahn train (heading for Pasing) to Hackerbrücke. From here it is a 5-minute walk (cross the bridge).
Or take the 18 or 19 tram to Holzapfelstrasse.
If using the underground, take the U4 or U5 (heading for Laimer Platz) to Theresienwiese.
From here it is a 5-minute walk.

From the airport, take the S8 (heading for Nannhofen) or S1 (Ostbahnhof) to Hackerbrücke (43-minute trip). From here it is a 3-minute walk.
