ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The impugned decision is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the examining division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of:
- claims 1 to 3 as filed with letter of 30 January 2008;
- drawing sheet 1/2 as originally filed and drawing sheet 2/2 as filed with letter of 11 June 2007; and
