THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
HAVING REGARD to the European Patent Convention and in particular Article 33, paragraph 2(d), thereof,
HAS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RULES RELATING TO FEES:
