From the date of publication until grant of a patent, patent applications confer on the applicant the right to prevent third parties not having his consent from: (a) manufacturing, offering for sale, selling or using the protected product or importing or stocking it for these purposes; (b) using a process which is the subject-matter of the patent application or, where the third party knows, or it is obvious in the circumstances, that use of the process is prohibited without the applicant's consent, offering that process for use; (c) offering for sale, selling or using a product obtained directly by a process which is the subject-matter of the patent or importing or stocking it for these purposes; in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
