HU Hungary - New fee rates
The Hungarian Intellectual Property Office has informed us that by Decree No. 35/2011 (XII.22.)[1] some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Hungary are advised that from 1 January 2012 the following rates apply:
1.
Publication or correction of translations of the claims under
Article 67(3) EPC:
HUF 23 500 plus HUF 3 500 for the sixth and each subsequent page of the translation
2.
Publication or correction of translations under Article 65 EPC:
HUF 23 500 plus HUF 3 500 for the sixth and each subsequent page of the translation
3. Additional fee payable
if the translation is filed during the three-month grace period:
HUF 58 700

5. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Filing fee and search fee: HUF 37 400 plus an additional fee per ten claims in excess of the 10th (11th to 20th claim: HUF 1 900; 21st to 30th claim: HUF 3 800; from 31st claim onwards: HUF 5 600)

Registering a transfer, licence or other right: HUF 16 500
