Streams consist of a series of short presentations, highlighting different points of view on a certain topic. Patent examiners with experience in the field of re-examination and appeals and documentation experts from Europe and several Asian countries will share their experiences on a variety of Asian patent systems. The experts will present particular challenges and outline appropriate strategies. There will be plenty of room for discussions and questions.
