Registration fee

EUR 350,-

This fee covers conference material, catering for the whole event and dinner on the first day for one participant. The fee cannot be split and is not refundable if cancellation is requested less than 28 days before the start of the event.

Payment

  • Payment by credit card
    Please follow the instructions when you register online for the event. Please keep your credit card details (MasterCard or Visa) ready when registering. You will receive the confirmation of your registration by e-mail in due course.
  • Payment by bank transfer
    You will receive an invoice from the EPO addressed to you according to the details in your online registration and containing all necessary details for a bank transfer. Please pay the respective amount upon receipt of the invoice indicating the invoice number and respecting the time for payment allowed.
    You will receive the confirmation of your registration by e-mail, once we have received the payment of your registration fee on the EPO's bank account. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer it can take up to 10 days from the date of your bank transfer until we can actually see your payment on our account.
  • Payment by direct debiting of your EPO deposit account
    Please send an e-mail to the EPO's customer service centre (csc@epo.org) requesting us to debit your EPO deposit account and indicate: 
    • Number of the EPO deposit account 
    • Name of account holder 
    • Event reference: PS05-2013
    • Name of participant, company/institution 
    • Date of completed online registration 
    • Amount to be debited
    You will receive the confimation of your registration by e-mail, once the debit has been dealt with by our Finance department.
