Registration and payment

Online registration will be opened in November 2014. 


Registration fee

EUR 350

This fee covers seminar material and the catering for the whole event for one participant. The fee cannot be split and is not refundable if cancellation is requested less than 28 days before the start of the event.

Payment options

By credit card

Please follow the instructions when you register online for the event. Please keep your credit card details (Master card or Visa) ready when registering. You will receive an invoice and a confirmation of your registration by e-mail in due course.

By bank transfer

You will receive an invoice from the EPO addressed to you according to the details in your online registration and containing all necessary details for a bank transfer. Please pay the respective amount upon receipt of the invoice indicating the invoice number and respecting the time for payment allowed.

You will receive the confirmation of your registration by e-mail, once we have received the payment of your registration fee on the EPO's bank account. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer it can take up to 10 days from the date of your bank transfer until we can actually see your payment on our account.

By direct debit from your EPO deposit account

Please follow the instructions when you register online for the event. Please keep the details of your EPO deposit account ready when registering. You will receive the confirmation of your registration by e-mail, once the debit has been dealt with by our Finance department.
