Reservation procedure 

EPO rates can only be obtained when bookings are made through BCD Travel agency. You can make your reservations using the BCD on-line booking tool or you fill in the BCD hotel booking form and mail / fax it to BCD. The hotels are located near the European Patent Office, Erhardstr. 27.
