The EPO Patent Information Conference is one of the leading patent information events in Europe. It is not only a conference, but also a public exhibition, a training event and a meeting point for professionals in the field. This year's event is organised in co-operation with the Polish Patent Office.
The delegates include Europe's big users of patent information as well as participants from around the world. In 2013 more than 400 people attended the EPO Patent Information Conference held in Bologna
Additional fee for training courses on 3 and 6 November: EUR 50 per course

5 November 2014: EUR 80

Please also contact the conference team as soon as possible. Once your registration is confirmed we will send a letter of invitation to you to assist you with your visa application.
A welcome drink will be served in exhibition area of Sofitel between 17.30 and 19.00 hrs on Monday 3 November. On conference days, refreshments will be served on site. Lunch will be provided on 4 and 5 November (not for accompanying persons), but not on 3 or 6 November.

This year's EPO evening event will take place at the Primates' Palace, which is a short walk from the Sofitel.
The conference registration desk will be open on Monday, 3 November, from 14.00 - 19.00 hrs and from 08.00 hrs onwards on 4, 5 and 6 November.
A taxi from the airport to the Sofitel costs about PLN 40-50 (EUR 10-12.50).
