Registration for lectures & workshops (9-10 June 2016)

EUR 300

This fee covers training material, the catering for the whole event and the networking event on the first day for one participant. The fee cannot be split and is not refundable if cancellation is requested less than 28 days before the start of the event. The registration deadline is 13 May 2016.

Registration for an at-the-desk session (8 June 2016, afternoon)

EUR 300

An at-the-desk session can only be booked in combination with lectures & workshops. If you wish to register for an at-the-desk session, please first submit the registration form for lectures & workshops. Shortly after the submission you will receive an e-mail with a link to a separate registration form for an at-the-desk session. Places are very limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Payment options

By credit card

Please follow the instructions when you register online for the event. Please keep your credit card details (MasterCard or Visa) ready when registering. You will receive an invoice from the EPO addressed to the details in your online registration and a confirmation of registration by e-mail.

By bank transfer

You will receive an invoice from the EPO addressed to the details in your online registration and containing all necessary data for a bank transfer. Please pay the respective amount upon receipt of the invoice indicating the invoice number and respecting the time for payment allowed. You will receive the confirmation of your registration by e-mail, once we have received the payment of your registration fee on the EPO's bank account. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer it can take up to 10 days from the date of your bank transfer until we can actually see your payment on our account.

By direct debiting of your EPO deposit account

Please keep the details of your EPO deposit account ready when registering and enter the details as requested. You will receive an invoice from the EPO addressed to the details in your online registration and a confirmation of registration by e-mail, once the debit has been dealt with by our Finance department.
