Data coverage

The service covers complete sets of T, G, J and V decisions and incomplete sets of D (160 missing) and W (407 missing) decisions from 1979 where:
D stands for the Disciplinary Board of Appeals
G stands for the Enlarged Board of Appeals
J stands for the Legal Board of Appeals
T stands for technical boards of appeal
V stands for the Examining and Opposition Division
W stands for decisions on protest cases

The missing decisions will be included in the database as soon as possible. New decisions of the boards of appeal will be added to the database usually within one month after delivery to the parties.

Decisions older than 1.6.1993 and J decisions regardless of their date (unless they have been published in the Official Journal) do not come with a PDF file comprising the full text of the decision. These decisions display the text directly under the bibliographic data and do not contain any images.
