Decision of the Administrative Council of 7 September 2000 on the documents submitted to the Conference to revise the European Patent Convention
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to the European Patent Convention, and in particular Article 172(2), first sentence, thereof,
In the light of its decision of 24 February 2000,
On a proposal from the President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to the opinion of the Committee on Patent Law,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The following preparatory documents shall be submitted to the Conference of the Contracting States to revise the European Patent Convention:
- MR/1/00 Draft Rules of Procedure*
- MR/2/00 Basic Proposal*
- MR/3/00 Draft Revision Act*
- MR/4/00 Draft Final Act*
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 7 September 2000.
