DECISION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL of 12 December 2002 renewing the Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to its decision of 8 October 1987 on the institution and administration of a Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation shall be renewed for a period of five years from 1 January 2003. The sum of EUR 500 000 shall be allotted to it from the Organisation's budget.Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 12 December 2002. Done at Munich, 12 December 2002
