Decision of the Administrative Council of 14 December 2007 adjusting the amount of the reduction of the fee for the supplementary European search where the international search report was drawn up by the Austrian Patent Office, the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, the Swedish Patent and Registration Office or the Nordic Patent Institute (CA/D 46/07)
THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,
Having regard to the European Patent Convention and in particular Article 153, paragraph 7, EPC thereof,
On a proposal from the President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to the opinion of the Budget and Finance Committee,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1
The fee for the supplementary European search on an international application governed by the Administrative Council decision CA/D 41/07 of 25 October 2007 shall be reduced by EUR 890.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2008. The new amount under Article 1 of this decision shall apply where the fee for a supplementary European search is paid on or after 1 April 2008.
