Decision of the Administrative Council of 22 October 2008 closing the Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation (CA/D 23/08)

THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,

Having regard to its decision of 8 October 1987 on the institution and administration of a Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation,

Having regard to the opinion of the Budget and Finance Committee,

On a proposal from the President of the European Patent Office,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The Research Fund of the European Patent Organisation shall be closed with effect from 31 December 2008.

Article 2

This decision shall enter into force on 22 October 2008.
