Rules relating to Fees
The EPC 2000 makes a number of changes to existing procedures and introduces some new procedures such as the limitation procedure and petition for review. The Rules relating to Fees have been amended accordingly:
- the amounts of certain fees have been modified
- some fees have been deleted and
- new fees have been introduced.
The amended Rules relating to Fees will enter into force on the same date as the EPC 2000, i.e. on the 13.12.2007.
