Who may file with the EPO as receiving Office?

Who may file with the EPO as receiving Office?

Any national of an EPC contracting state or any natural or legal persons having their residence in one of these states may file an international application with the EPO as receiving Office. If there are two or more applicants, it is sufficient for at least one of the applicants to satisfy these requirements.
