The international application has to be filed in triplicate. It can be filed with the EPO's filing offices in Munich, The Hague and Berlin. Please note that the sub-office in Vienna is not a filing office. The EPO's addresses are listed in Annex IV. | |

International applications must be filed in writing, either on paper or in electronic form, with the EPO filing offices (see point 16 ff). They may be filed direct, by post, by fax or online. For information on the requirements for filing in electronic form (E-filing), see point 21 ff.
