Until further notice, all documents constituting an international application must be filed in triplicate with the EPO as receiving Office: request, description, claims, abstract and drawings (Box No. IX PCT request form). Under current practice, only one copy of the other documents referred to in Rule 3.3(a)(ii) PCT and listed on the right-hand side of Box No. IX on the PCT request form is to be filed with the EPO.
