The EPO confirms receipt of an international application on EPO Form 1030/1031 by post. | |

On request, the EPO also confirms receipt of the international application by fax, against payment of the administrative fee.
To ensure prompt confirmation of receipt, the following points must be respected:

the request for acknowledgement must be sent together with the international application, |
|
evidence of payment of the prescribed administrative fee or a debit order in respect of it (see Section 2.1, item 13 of the Schedule of Fees) must be enclosed, and |
|
the address to which the receipt is to be sent must be given. |
