The European Patent Bulletin will mention the date of completion of the drawing-up of the supplementary European search report, which is not published but available through file inspection. However, if during the supplementary search the EPO as designated or elected Office comes to the conclusion that no search or only a partial search can be carried out, it will issue, depending on the case, a declaration of no-search or a partial supplementary European search report.
