Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 15 November 2007 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
- From 4 October until 2 November 2007 there was an interruption or dislocation in the delivery of mail in the United Kingdom within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
- In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in the United Kingdom or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in the United Kingdom, time limits expiring in the period from 4 October until 2 November 2007 have been extended to Monday, 5 November 2007 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.
