The revised European Patent Convention

The e-learning module "European Patent Convention 2000 - overview" is now also available in German and French. You can also consult the special editions of the EPO Official Journal with a synoptic presentation EPC 1973/2000 ("Part I: the Articles" and "Part II: the Implementing Regulations").
