Text of EP-B documents

Description

This product contains full text data of European granted patents (EP-B documents) in the original language. Only the claims are available in all three official EPO languages (English, French and German). 14.3 includes full text data (abstracts and claims) in XML; older collections are SGML coded. Images are not included in this product.

14.3 is suitable to users who require only the EP publications texts.

Remarks on file names :

Extension .xml is used for all EP-B documents as they are all printed by the EPO, i.e. PCT and non-PCT and PCT cases .

Current year (front-file data): Weekly updates via download.

Back-file (collection of data): from 1991-2005 in SGML format and 2006-2009 in XML format.
