Note on the automatic debiting procedure
Where the date on which a fee is to be automatically debited (“decisive payment date”, see Annex A.1 to the ADA, point 6 AAD, Supplement to OJ EPO 10/2007, 17) falls on or after 1.4.2008, and provided the fee may be validly paid before that date, it may be paid up to and including 31.3.2008 in the old amount using another permitted means of payment, which may be an individual debit order (see also Annex A.2 to the ADA, re point 12 AAD, Supplement to OJ EPO 10/2007, 40).
