Website changes due to the London Agreement coming into force

May 1, 2008 marks the entry into force of the London Agreement. On that occasion, our online resources have been updated with available information about national law implementing the London Agreement. In particular, a new item on the London Agreement has been added to the "Legal texts" area, replacing the former item under "Legislative initiatives."
The online publication "National law relating to the EPC" (Part IV relating to post-grant translation requirements) is being reviewed.
