India: Electronic register of Indian patent agents available

Patent agents in India can now be found via an electronic register on the Indian Patent Office's IPIndia website. The register was released in February 2012 and offers searches by agent number, agent name and the state/city where the agent is based. Information on the agents includes the postal address and further contact details, such as e-mail adresses and telephone numbers (if available).

The Electronic Register of Patent Agents can be accessed from the "Gateways" section on the IPIndia website.
