Chinese Taipei: English translation of amended Trademark Act has been released

The Taiwan Patent Office (TIPO) has uploaded English translations of the amended Trademark Act 2011, the Standards of Trademark Fees 2012, the Schedule of Trademark Fees 2012 and related guidelines onto its website. As announced in an earlier update, the new Trademark Act entered into force on 1 July 2012.
