Users of Korean patent information are invited to participate in a customer satisfaction survey on Korean Patent Abstracts (KPA). The survey is conducted by the Korea Institute of Patent Information (KIPI) from 5 to 12 November 2012 According to KIPI, it takes users only five minutes to answer the questions and to make an important contribution to further improve the quality of the KPA as an important part of Korean patent information in the future.
In response to suggestions from users in previous surveys, a number of new features have been already added to the KPA such as information on fee payments in English or an early publication of bibliographic information prior to the abstract (see also our news item dated 2 May 2012).
