Chinese Taipei: TIPO will no longer publish its gazettes in paper form

The Taiwan Patent Office (TIPO) will discontinue the publication of paper gazettes for laid-open and granted/registered publications from 1 January 2013 onwards. On this date, the amended patent act will enter into force. In accordance with Article 86 of the new patent act, the gazettes will then only be distributed in electronic format. Users can download online versions (PDF format) from the TIPONet portal on TIPO's website. For more information, please refer to this public notice (currently in Chinese only).
