Users of Korean patent information are again invited to participate in a customer satisfaction survey on the Korean Patent Abstracts (KPA). The survey is conducted by the Korea Institute of Patent Information (KIPI) from 11 to 17 June 2013. According to KIPI, it will take only five minutes to answer the questions and to make an important contribution to further improve the quality of the KPA as an important part of Korean patent information in the future. All answers to the survey will be treated confidentially.
In response to suggestions from users in previous surveys, a number of features have been added to the KPA, such as information on fee payments in English or an early publication of the bibliographic information prior to the abstract.
