China: Comparative analysis of Patent Examination Guidelines 2006-2010 now available

The EU-China IPR2 Project has published a comparative analysis of SIPO's Patent Examination Guidelines, which were updated following the patent law revision in 2009 and came into effect on 1 February 2010. The analysis presents the provisions of the updated Guidelines in both English and Chinese and gives a comparative review of changes from 2006.
