India: trade mark database open to public

The Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks announced today that the Indian Patent Office (IPO) has made available a free public search option for trade marks. The trade mark database can be accessed in the "Gateways" section of the IPO website by clicking on the "Public Search Trademark" link.
