China: New e-learning module, webinars and helpdesk guide on IPR protection available

The China IPR SME Helpdesk has published a new e-learning module, focusing on the protection on trade secrets in China. The free 20-minute online training assists SMEs in learning how to manage employees and third parties in China in order to guard their trade secrets. The e-learning section already includes other modules on trade marks, trade fairs, patents and copyrights. The helpdesk also offers a series of webinars on IPR in China in May and June 2011.

A new guide on "IPR Protection in China for the Creative Industries" has also been released. This guide has been designed to help creative industries, such as architectural design, graphic design, web design, photography, writing etc protect their rights in China and can be downloaded as a PDF free of charge.
