India: EU-India free trade agreement

Désolé. Actuellement, cette page n'existe pas en français.

Increasing trade in goods and services is the aim of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that has been under negotiation between the EU and India since 2007. These negotiations are set to enter a final phase later in 2011. Open issues remain in the area of intellectual property rights, particularly for drugs and pharmaceutical products.

The EU is India's largest trading partner, and India is the EU's eighth largest trading partner. For further trade related statistics or details on the status of the FTA negotiations between the EU and India, go to the European Commission's website.
