China: "Examination Guidelines" (2010) now published on SIPO's English website

The revised "Examination Guidelines", which entered into force on 1 February 2010, can now be downloaded in PDF format. Chinese versions of current and previous guidelines can be accessed here. A comparative analysis of the changes over the previous version in both English and Chinese is available on the IPR2 website.
