China: New URL for SIPO's English website

The Chinese Patent Office (SIPO) has changed the URL of its official English website; entering the old URL may give an error message. On the English website, users can access a free patent database which offers a Chinese-to-English machine translation tool. English versions of legal texts, annual reports, and other background information on the Chinese patent system are also available.
