Japan: JPO invites comments on proposed amendments to Examination Guidelines

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) is in the process of revising the Examination Guidelines for descriptions and claims of patents and utility models. Public comments and suggestions on the proposed amendments may be submitted until 21 July 2011.
