China: EPO hosts virtual classroom on the Chinese patent law

The EPO offers an updated version of last year's virtual classroom on the Chinese patent law on 4 October 2011 from 16-17.30 hrs CET. The session will focus on practical experiences with the revised Chinese patent law and its impact on the patent community. An insight into some major aspects of the revised law, current practice at SIPO and recent case law will be given.

Participants will be welcome to share their experiences and discuss among each other, with EPO colleagues from International Legal Affairs and Asian Patent Information Services and other legal experts present in the session. Participation is free of charge.
